Founded in 2007 as a result of the merging of Hagström Projektkonsult and Vänerns Dykservice.

Specializes in professional projects within the areas of:

* Diving inspections
* Underwater construction
* Sanitation
* Photography/filmography

Previous employers include Statoil and Shell, with projects including; construction, inspection, documentation and more.
These projects in particular were conducted in highly explosive environments.

The staff currently consists of four divers that are all certified and satisfy current regulations and personal requirements.

In Swedish, the certificate is called "Civilt Yrkescertifikat Dykare B", and it follows the recommendations of the EDTC

(European Diving Technology Committee).
